What are Bylaws?

Simply put, Bylaws are the rules that govern our organization. These rules were written by the founders of the NSNA and CNSA. We use these original bylaws as templates and we modify them to suit the needs of our individual chapter within the California Nursing Student Association.  Such topics covered by these "Rules" include how meetings are to be conducted, how directors are to be elected, and what officers will exist within the organization. Furthermore, Bylaws explicitly state the duties of elected officers.

We encourage you to become familiar with the Bylaws of West Coast University, Los Angeles Nursing Student Association so that you may educate yourself on your rights, duties, responsibilities, and processes as a member of our organization.
